Salary Release Checklist

1. No Work, No Pay for any employee of the organization
2. If any supervisor has incomplete duties, follow-ups, roles and responsibilities of his/her or his/her subordinates, 5 points from the score card shall be deducted of the respective supervisor
3. Check attendance protocol while preparing the payslips
4. Over time for the staff will be released every quarter from the date of joining
5. Admin/ supervisor of the respective department has to give clearance to release the salary after checking whether all the data of the dogs is present based on pet’s tag number
6. HR has to have a weekly meeting with the supervisors to ensure everyone are completing their duties and filling the forms on time.

This checklist has to be submitted on or before 5th of every month by the HR.
Such as preparing the protocols, guidelines etc.
Check only those boxes whose entries are present in the RMS

Check for product damages such as Ambulance, machineries, equipment etc. Also check asset assigned form in SMS
Check for product damages such as staff house wardrobes, cots, house walls, doors etc. for the number of houses the management has provided the accommodation to the employees
